LORD RealTime Balancing Systems for machining centers are comprised of sensors, a controller, and one or more balancers that make balance corrections to reduce vibration while the rotating equipment is running, at any operating speed or load. The system is able to compensate for variable balance conditions due to part variation, tooling, wheel wear and changing process conditions.  Balance corrections are automatic and minimize vibration caused by unbalance in seconds.  The balancing systems will improve dimensional accuracy, surface finish and tool life. Vibration caused run-out, chatter and harmomics are eliminated.
